just because...

...these kitchen concepts and designs are blowing my mind right now, I had to share. I found them on Trendir's website and you can go and read more about the concepts and designs. Now, most of them are ultra-modern and are very inspiring to look at, but too minimalist for me (and most of you bloggers).

Although this one really caught my eye and would be something neat to think of during our "loft-living." I love the fireplace in the corner, but would have to add some more personalized "stuff" in this area to make it more cozy, some patterns and throw down a rug of course. (sorry for the small picture)

hmmm...

I'm sort of lost on inspiration today for my blog post. Not that I don't have a thousand ideas swimming around in my head, but I am so worn out from our wonderful beach weekend, that I can't seem to pull it all together. (ever have those days??) So, I'll just post a couple of pictures that made me smile and realize how quirky my taste can be. One dining room is very vintage and the other very modern. (I can be so extreme at times) I love them both, but seem to have a hard time marrying the two for my own home.
